Jim O’Donnell
Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. O’Donnell brings 35 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years in executive and board level positions and 14 years as Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. As CEO of Bush O’Donnell & Co., Mr. O’Donnell has built a company with subsidiaries in equity money management, venture capital, insurance and manufacturing. 

Rod Arbaugh
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Arbaugh brings more than 24 years of experience leading software engineering and professional services organizations in Silicon Valley, most recently as Vice President of Engineering at Talarian Corporation, where he led the company through an IPO and eventual acquisition by Tibco, Inc.

Scott Parsons
Chief Scientist and Architect

Mr. Parsons comes to Exegy from Reuters, where as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Platform Development, he was responsible for the development of Reuters’ premier market data system platform and their next generation media platform. Before Reuters, Mr. Parsons held senior engineering management positions, including Chief Scientist at Bridge Information Systems, where he was responsible for overall systems architecture and new product development.

Ron Indeck, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer
and Founder
Dr. Indeck brings 20 years of industry and academic experience, most recently at Washington University in St. Louis, where he was the Das Family Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Security Technologies. Among his distinguished professional affiliations, Dr. Indeck was also the President of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Magnetics Society. Dr. Indeck has been named the Bar Association Inventor of the Year.
J.J. Stupp
Chief Financial Officer
and Founder
Ms. Stupp has been a driving force for fast-growth businesses for two decades in St. Louis serving in financial and management roles. She serves on the board of directors of Exegy, Inc., the Academy of Science of St. Louis, and Washington University's Business School and Entrepreneurship National Councils.
Chris Carman
Senior Vice President
of Business Development
Mr. Carman comes to Exegy after 13 years with A.G. Edwards Investment Banking where he was a Managing Director in the Technology Group. While at A.G. Edwards, Mr. Carman led the firm's enterprise computing focus area and was involved in numerous initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements and merger and acquisition engagements.
Jeff Wells
Vice President
of Product Management
Mr. Wells comes to Exegy from Reuters, where as Senior Vice President of Product Development, he was responsible for Reuters Bridge Analytics and Index Pricing products. Before Reuters, Mr. Wells was in senior management at Bridge Information Systems where he originated BridgeStation, the leading stock trader workstation with high powered analytics, now owned by Reuters. Prior to Bridge, Mr. Wells was a stock, bond and derivatives trader for Scandinavian Bank Group in London. He is the current co-chair of the Financial Information Forum's Market Data Capacity Working Group.
Jeff Britt
Vice President of Field Engineering
Mr. Britt comes to Exegy from Tibco Software, where he held a number of positions including Director of Professional Services, with a focus on servicing the financial services industry.  Before Tibco, Mr. Britt ran the field engineering group at Talarian Corporation, which included the pre-sales, professional services and training organizations.
