Leadership Team

David Taylor, D.Sc.
Dr. Taylor brings over 18 years’ experience in delivering low latency trading technology to the most sophisticated trading firms in the world. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served as President, overseeing areas that included product strategy, research and development, sales and marketing, and finance. Dr. Taylor holds a doctoral degree in computer engineering and is an inventor on over 75 patents. Prior to joining Exegy, he served on the faculty and researched high-performance computer networks at Washington University in St. Louis.

Peter Feret
As CFO, Mr. Feret leads the company’s financial and business operations. His experience shaping financial strategy and leading international companies will guide Exegy through the next wave of growth as a trading technology partner to the world’s largest financial services companies. Prior to joining Exegy, Peter was CFO of Ministry Brands, a cloud-based software and payments company. Previously, he held senior financial positions at Moduslink and Scripps Networks Interactive, which was acquired by Discovery Inc. in 2018.

Jason White
Mr. White leads Exegy’s global engineering organization, as well as corporate security and IT. He is the longest-tenured team member at Exegy, with 20 years’ experience in engineering, services, and product management. Before being appointed CTO, Mr. White most recently served as Vice President of Product Management for Market Data.

Arnaud Derasse
Mr. Derasse heads up product development and innovation for Exegy’s line of solutions. He brings over a decade of experience in the development of technology products for the capital markets. He was the co-founder of Enyx, where he served as CEO until the company’s acquisition by Exegy in 2022.

Craig Schachter
Mr. Schachter is responsible for setting and leading the organization’s global go-to-market strategy and execution. Mr. Schachter comes to Exegy with over 25 years of experience as a sales leader in global software, data, and service companies. Prior to coming to Exegy, Mr. Schachter was responsible for relationship management across SS&C Technologies’ Financial Services Group. He also held senior leadership roles at Finastra, FIS, SunGard, and Xcitek / XSP.

Larry Waldman
Mr. Waldman leads the Customer Success and Customer Support organizations at Exegy, fostering a culture that ensures every client achieves the goals they set forth when partnering with Exegy. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in leading customer success initiatives in capital markets firms. Before joining Exegy, Mr. Waldman was Global Head of Customer Success for Morningstar.

Lindsey Becker
Ms. Becker oversees the marketing and communications team to implement Exegy’s go-to-market strategies, ensuring that demand generation and brand leadership mature in lockstep with the global growth of the company. She brings more than 15 years’ of B2B marketing and capital markets expertise gained in senior roles at global institutions including Nasdaq and BATS Global Markets (now Cboe).

Pam Haaser
Ms. Haaser leads initiatives to provide opportunities and support for Exegy’s diverse, talented workforce, and to ensure that the corporate culture encourages curiosity, innovation, transparency, and integrity. She brings to Exegy more than 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, HR, and employee engagement in the technology industry.
