David Taylor, D.Sc.

Dr. Taylor has over 18 years’ experience in delivering low-latency trading technology to the most sophisticated trading firms in the world. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served as President, overseeing areas that included product strategy, research and development, sales and marketing, and finance. David holds a doctoral degree in computer engineering and is an inventor on over 75 patents. Prior to joining Exegy, he served on the faculty and researched high-performance computer networks at Washington University in St. Louis. 

Peter Feret

As CFO, Mr. Feret leads the company’s financial and business operations. His experience shaping financial strategy and leading international companies will guide Exegy through the next wave of growth as a trading technology partner to the world’s largest financial services companies. Prior to joining Exegy, Peter was CFO of Ministry Brands, a cloud-based software and payments company. Previously, he held senior financial positions at Moduslink and Scripps Networks Interactive, which was acquired by Discovery Inc. in 2018. 

Arnaud Derasse

Mr. Derasse has a decade of experience in the startup arena, focusing on technology in product-oriented companies. He began his career executing projects for the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). After receiving an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from ESIEE Paris, he began studies at the HEC School of Business, focusing on entrepreneurship with innovative technologies. Upon completion, he got his start in fintech leading hardware and software development teams, eventually becoming Head of Operations for EMEA. In 2011, Arnaud was the founding CEO of Enyx, which was acquired by Exegy and Marlin Equity Partners in 2022.  

Jim Fiesel

Mr. Feisel brings years of valuable experience in financial technology, with a track record of successfully implementing growth strategies globally. Prior to joining Exegy as CRO, Jim served as Managing Director of the Americas at Broadridge, where he led Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions (BTCS). He also previously held senior roles at Bloomberg, Calypso Technology, Tradeweb, and Finastra.  

Pam Haaser

Ms. Haaser brings more than 15 years’ experience to Exegy in talent acquisition, HR, and employee engagement in the technology industry. Previously, she worked at ICC IT Services and IT Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Associate Management. At Exegy, Pam leads initiatives to provide opportunities and support for Exegy’s diverse, talented workforce. She works to ensure that the corporate culture encourages curiosity, innovation, transparency, and integrity. Pam implements succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and organizational development.  

Laurent de Barry

Mr. de Barry co-founded Enyx in 2011, embarking on an innovation journey applying ultra-low latency FPGA technology to solve the capital markets challenges. For over a decade, he played a key role in developing next-generation FPGA-enabled solutions that are now widely used in the industry. At Enyx, he helped shape the product and technology strategy, overseeing the design of FPGA systems for exchanges, banks, and trading firms. After Exegy’s 2022 acquisition, Laurent continued to support trading technology advancement, assisting in the integration of products to form the Exegy Nexus platform. An electrical and computer science engineer by trade, he’s passionate about using technology to challenge the status quo.

Chris Codelli

Mr. Codelli brings a wealth of high tech, GTM experience to his role spanning several decades, vertical markets and solution types. His sales and sales leadership experience includes time spent with industry stalwarts Hewlett Packard, Oracle and Apple, as well as several midsize and early-stage companies. In the past 10 years, Chris has held revenue operations leadership roles including global revenue operations responsibility for companies ranging in size from $50M to $1B+ in revenue as well as 6 years as a GTM-focused Operating Executive for Marlin Equity. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information & Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University.

Jacqueline Genow

Ms. Genow leads Exegy’s global marketing strategy across brand, product, and growth initiatives. With over a decade of experience in capital markets technology, she has deep expertise in marketing leadership, content development, and data-driven execution. Since joining Exegy, she has led a global rebrand and introduced modern marketing frameworks and reporting tools. Her ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, impactful messaging has elevated Exegy’s presence and supported business growth. 

Previously, Jacqueline was VP of Marketing and Communications at Enyx, where she built and scaled the company’s global marketing functions. Fluent in French, she holds advanced degrees from EHESP in Paris and the University of Michigan. 

Ciaran McAreavey

Mr. McAreavey brings over nine years of experience to his role as Global Team Lead for Solutions Consulting at Exegy, bridging innovative market‑data and trading solutions with institutional clients across the globe. Known for his proactive collaboration and client-first mindset, Ciaran consistently transforms feedback into actionable product enhancements and drives excellence across cross-functional teams. With a background in software engineering, Ciaran advanced through roles in application support, implementation, and sales engineering before taking on his current position. His combination of hands-on experience and strategic insight allows him to deliver innovative, scalable solutions to the world’s leading trading firms.

Clément Boudier

Mr. Boudier has been working for 10 years and currently leads the support and CSM team using his strong FPGA and HDL expertise. He works to ensure satisfaction and the success of our partners through deep knowledge of products and customized assistance.  Collaborating with architects and developers, as well as training customers on our products, are key aspects of his role, demonstrating his ability to solve complex problems and actively contribute to the evolution of our offering. His professional background reflects his commitment to innovation in integrated and electronic systems engineering.
