If Client’s service includes Market Data provided by ISE, this Agreement is subject to the provisions and terms and conditions of the ISE Information Distribution Agreement (the “IDA”) attached hereto, the IDA shall constitute integral part of this Agreement and Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the IDA.
