If Client’s service includes Market Data provided by TASE, the following additional term applies:

All the rights in the TASE Market Data, including, but without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, copyright, professional secrets, distribution rights (other than the distribution rights granted by TASE to Vela and its affiliates) and other intellectual property, belong solely to TASE.
